What we collect

When you submit the availability form, we collect your name, email, phone, event date, event type, guest-count estimate, venue or city, and any free-text notes you provide. We also automatically capture your IP address, user agent, referrer URL, and any UTM parameters attached to your visit so we can measure which ads and channels are producing real leads.

Why we collect it

Booking replies, event coordination, and contract documents. UTM and referrer data is used to measure our marketing performance. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Leads are stored on our hosting provider's managed database in the United States. Email notifications go to Irina via a transactional email service. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking with anonymized IP. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are coming from real humans.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept for three years after your event date, or three years from your inquiry if no event takes place. You may request deletion at any time — see "Contact" below.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for site preferences and third-party cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Cloudflare. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA to access, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We don't sell data, so the third right is moot — but for access or deletion, email us (below).
