Inquiries and bookings

Submitting the availability form does not create a contract or a reservation. A booking exists only after we have countersigned a written agreement and you have paid the deposit specified in that agreement.

Pricing

Published package prices on this site are the prices we charge within a typical local service radius. Add-ons (extra hours, custom backdrops, prints) and any travel beyond the standard radius are itemized in your booking confirmation. Booking confirmations are valid for 14 days from the date they are sent.

Service area

We travel for events. Drop your venue or city on the form and we'll confirm we can be there. Travel beyond a typical local radius may incur an additional fee, itemized in your booking confirmation.

Liability

Best Memories LLC carries a General Liability policy and can name your venue as Additional Insured on a Certificate of Insurance (COI) by request, included in all bookings. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests or venue staff to the equipment beyond ordinary use.

Photo rights

Guests own the rights to their own likeness. Best Memories LLC retains the right to use sample shots (with faces blurred or with explicit guest consent) for marketing and portfolio use, unless your booking agreement specifies otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set in your booking agreement. By default: deposit non-refundable after 14 days, full refund minus deposit if cancelled more than 60 days out, partial refund 60–14 days out, no refund within 14 days unless we can backfill the date.
