Email: hello@bestmemories.ai — we reply within one business day, usually faster. Include your account email and (if it's an event-day issue) the event code shown in your dashboard so we can dig in immediately.

Guest help (you got photos at an event):the SMS or email you received has a private gallery link that works on any device. If you didn't get the link, ask the event organizer to re-send from their dashboard, or email us with the event name and your phone number / email and we'll resend manually.

For photographers

How do I cancel my subscription?

All billing is on the web — there are no in-app purchases. Sign in at bestmemories.ai/billing and tap Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. Cancel from there. You keep access until the end of the current period.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

New Pro subscribers get 7 days free. We collect your card at checkout but don't charge until day 7. Cancel anytime during the trial from the Stripe portal and you won't be billed.

When does the Studio plan launch?

Studio is currently waitlist-only while we onboard the first cohort. Click Join waitlist on the pricing page (or in your billing page) to be notified when slots open.

How does AI billing work?

Free retouch runs on every photo at no cost, at every tier. Premium AI styling is billed per image: Pro includes 1000 AI photos a month, Studio includes 3,000. After your monthly quota is used up, additional photos are billed from your prepaid balance starting at $0.03each — the actual rate depends on which AI model the pack uses (each model has its own per-photo charge, shown on its style pack). Starter has no monthly quota — every AI photo is billed from balance at the model's rate. Your usage, balance, and a full activity ledger are on the billing page. Top up any time, and your quota refills automatically on each subscription renewal.

I'm running an event right now and the booth isn't working.

Email hello@bestmemories.ai with the subject line URGENT — event in progress and your event code. We monitor that subject line and respond fast. First-line fix on iPad: force-quit the app, re-open, and the session will resume from the same event token.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in at bestmemories.ai, open Account settings (tap your email in the dashboard header, or go to bestmemories.ai/account), scroll to Delete account, tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm. The account closes immediately and the original email is freed for re-registration. Your events, sessions, and photos are queued for permanent removal per the Privacy Policy (Section 8). Cancel any active Stripe subscription from Billing beforedeleting — closure doesn't auto-cancel a subscription. Can't sign in? Email hello@bestmemories.ai from your account address and we'll process within 7 business days.

For hosts & event organizers

How do I rent a booth for my event?

Fill in the availability form on bestmemories.ai/for-hosts — a vetted photographer in your city replies within 24 hours with a quote and date confirmation.

Can I see sample galleries before booking?

Yes — the photographer who quotes your event will share sample galleries and the style packs they recommend for your venue and vibe.

For guests at an event

I haven't received my gallery link.

AI styling typically completes within a minute of taking the photos and the SMS / email goes out then. If 10 minutes have passed: check your phone's spam folder (SMS rarely lands there but it happens), then ask the event organizer to re-trigger the send from their dashboard. As a last resort, email us with the event name and we'll resend manually.

My gallery link expired or doesn't open.

Gallery tokens are 8 characters and case-insensitive. If you typed the URL by hand, double-check no "0", "O", "I", or "L" ambiguity. If the link returns a 404, the gallery may have been deleted at the organizer's request — contact us with the event name and we'll check the retention status.

I want my photos deleted.

Email hello@bestmemories.ai with the event name and the phone number or email the gallery was sent to. We confirm your identity and permanently delete your session photos within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention timeline.
